With deep regret but also with a clear conscience we have decided to close Fit for Life NI with immediate effect & until further notice.

The advice from the government couldn’t be clearer, STAY AT HOME, and as passionate healthcare providers and we feel it is our duty to reinforce this message.

The impact of this virus will affect us all, but we want you to know that nobody should have to manage this alone.

In the coming days we will be in touch with all our patients to discuss your ongoing management options. If you want to get in touch with us, please do, we will more than happily discuss a new problem with you and there will be management options made available to you. Together (but apart!) we will get through this!

We advise all our clients to keep up to date with the current NHS guidelines & government guidelines regarding COVID-19.

Please understand there are severe implications to health of others, the demands on the health service and our reputation as a small business when considering whether it is appropriate to attend.

As the Coronavirus situation is ever-evolving, Fit For Life is doing everything it can to ensure the health and safety of its patients and staff. This page will be updated continuously throughout the outbreak, so please reference this page if you would like to keep up to date with our latest guidelines.

Your Safety

As it always has been, the safety and security of our patients and staff is our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our clinic.

However, in response to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

We have installed hand sanitising dispensers in all of our rooms with an accompanying Hygiene Notice, asking people to wash their hands and use the hand gel/foam.

We have increased the cleaning regime in all of our rooms to ensure;

  • Surfaces, chairs, tables, work stations, card payment machines, telephones, keyboards, mobile devices, light switches/air con controls are cleaned between every client.
  • Door handles and door plates into your treatment room are cleaned on both sides between every client

We have and continue to use antibacterial hand wash.

All of our staff are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced training in hand hygiene and infection control.

What happens if I have a Fit for Life NI Booking?

As a company we have decided to waiver our current cancellation policy for the comfort and convenience of our patients, provided we are notified in advance of the treatment.

Should any patient who has pre-paid contact us detailing they are not well or are not comfortable attending a treatment will be allowed to re-schedule up to a further 6 months free of charge. People who do not contact us, we treat as we would do normally and follow normal policy.

I haven’t booked my voucher yet – what can I do?

If you have purchased a massage voucher from a third party with us, your expiry date is imminent and would like an extension on the expiry date, please call us on 02890 397768 between 9am-1pm Monday to Friday to discuss this further.
