I came to Rebecca feeling constantly overwhelmed and unable to switch off. From the outside everything looked fine, but internally I felt under pressure all the time. The sessions helped me slow things down and understand what was actually going on. I feel much more steady now and better able to manage day-to-day.

I wasn’t sure if I ‘needed’ counselling, but I knew something wasn’t right. I was overthinking everything and couldn’t relax. Rebecca created a really calm, non-judgmental space which made it much easier to open up which I never thought I would be able to do! I feel much more in control now.

I’ve always been someone who pushes through and keeps going, but it started to catch up with me. Working with Rebecca helped me recognise patterns I wasn’t aware of and gave me practical ways to deal with stress. I feel clearer and more balanced and can now fit time for “me” into my busy lifestyle.

What I found most helpful was how grounded and practical the sessions were. It wasn’t overwhelming or too heavy – just the right pace and there was no pressure to talk about things I didn’t feel ready to tslk about. I’ve noticed a big difference in how I handle pressure and how I think about things.

I was managing on the outside but didn’t feel settled internally. The support I received at Fit for Life NI with Rebecca has really helped me understand myself better and feel more confident in how I deal with things. It’s made a real difference.
