Counselling at Fit for Life NI
How often do you stop and check in with how you’re actually feeling?
Many people we work with are:
- constantly under pressure
- overthinking or unable to switch off
- coping on the outside, but struggling internally
Our counselling service in Belfast provides a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and begin to understand what’s going on beneath the surface.
We use a client-led approach, meaning:
- you set the pace
- you choose what to bring to each session
- we work together to help you feel more steady and supported
